The network operator has the convenience of viewing all events, unacknowledged events, events sorted by severity, or events for a single device. If the standard display formats do not meet the requirements, a customisable view is available. And just to be on the safe side, the most serious recent event is displayed at the top of the screen, in the relevant status colour. Impossible to miss.

The network administrator has the assurance that events are permanently documented, even after acknowledgement. Events are timestamped, and acknowledged events include the operator identification. To save time and effort, the event log can be exported in multiple formats, including pdf, csv, and html, to comply with the corporate reporting style.
